As a licensed Liechtenstein trust company we provide our clients with tailor-made services in the formation and administration of domestic and foreign foundations, trusts and legal entities for estate planning, asset protection, the holding of participations and for charitable and philanthropic purposes.

Our company is rooted in one of Liechtenstein’s biggest and oldest law firms. Continor Fiduciary Establishment was founded in the spring of 2010 by the partners of the law firm Marxer Attorneys. Since 1st January 2011, it has been run independently but continues to cooperate with the law firm. Peter Marxer maintains close ties with Marxer Attorneys in his role as “of Counsel”.

Continor has at its disposal all human and infrastructural resources to support complex business relationships. At the same time it can also ensure a high degree of flexibility and individuality because of its manageable size.

Since July 2018, Cores Establishment, a Liechtenstein-based bookkeeping and accounting firm founded in 1997, has formed part of the Continor group. Cores Establishment has comprehensive experience in serving international and local clients. Our clients may hence profit from these services in an efficient way from one hand.

Continor can count on an internatinal network of lawyers, tax advisors, accountants, auditors, banks, asset managers and family offices.
