EXTRAJUDICIAL ARBITRATION BODY IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES SECTOR
The extrajudicial arbitration body is responsible for matters including the settlement of disputes between clients, trustees and trust companies. The arbitration body is available free of charge as a neutral mediation body. It deals with concrete complaints made by clients against institutes from the financial services sector.
The government appointed Dr. Peter Wolff, attorney-at-law in Vaduz, as arbitrator for the period from 1 January 2022 until 31 December 2025. The arbitration body can be contacted at the following address:
