For the Vaduz headquarters Mr. Roland Walser is responsible for complaints management. Any client complaints are to be passed on to Mr. Walser and are processed by him.
For the Zurich branch Mr. Andreas Frenes is responsible for complaints management. Any client complaints are to be passed on to Mr. Frenes and are processed by him.
EXTRAJUDICIAL ARBITRATION BODY IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES SECTOR
The extrajudicial arbitration body is responsible for matters including the settlement of disputes between clients, trustees and trust companies. The arbitration body is available free of charge as a neutral mediation body. It deals with concrete complaints made by clients against institutes from the financial services sector.
The government appointed Dr. Peter Wolff, attorney-at-law in Vaduz, as arbitrator for the period from 1 November 2009 until 31 December 2021. The arbitration body can be contacted at the following address:
