Verena Ernst (Dr. iur. / TEP) studied law at the University of Vienna and passed the bar exams in Austria (2005) and Liechtenstein (2007). She started her professional career in a bank and then worked for three years in a corporate law firm in Vienna. From 2005 to 2010 she worked as legal associate with Marxer Attorneys. She has been a partner and member of the board of directors at Continor since 2011. In 2023 she successfully passed the additional examination for obtaining a trustee license for special activity. In 2024 the Financial Market Authority (FMA) granted her the license for special activity.
