Peter Marxer

Peter Marxer studied at the University of St. Gallen (Dr. iur. HSG) and at Cornell University, Ithaca/NY (LL.M.). He was admitted as a lawyer in Liechtenstein in 1999. From 1996 until 1999 he was an associate at Marxer & Partner, where he was a partner from 1999 to 2010 and has been an of Counsel since 2011. He is a member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.

Christoph Huber

Christoph Huber studied at the University of Zurich (lic. iur.). He also holds a post graduate diploma in Liechtenstein company law at the University of Liechtenstein and is admitted to the Bar in the Canton of St. Gallen (Switzerland). From 2002 to 2007 he was an associate and from 2008 to 2010 he was a partner in and consultant to Marxer & Partner in the area of foundation and trust law.

Verena Ernst

Verena Ernst (Dr. iur. / TEP) studied law at the University of Vienna and passed the bar exams in Austria (2005) and Liechtenstein (2007). She started her professional career in a bank and then worked for three years in a corporate law firm in Vienna. From 2005 to 2010 she worked as  legal associate with Marxer & Partner Attorneys at Law. In 2023 she successfully passed the additional examination for obtaining a trustee license for special activity.

Andreas Frenes

Andreas Frenes (Mag. iur.) studied law in Padua, Italy. He simultaneously gathered many years of work experience in a family business before working for two years at a law firm in Bolzano, Italy, as a lawyer, focusing on private, company and commercial law. In addition, he spent two years as a member of the Municipal Council of the municipality of La Val, Bolzano, where he acquired experience in the field of public administration.

Bianca Huber

Bianca Huber (Mag.iur./LL.M) studied at the universities of Innsbruck and Genova. In the year 2016 she completed a master of laws (LL.M.) at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in Chicago with a focus on corporate law. From 2012 – 2017 she worked as an associate for Marxer & Partner. Prior to joining Marxer & Partner she had worked for several years with leading firms in the Liechtenstein Trust industry.

Cornelia Rohrer-Drexel

Cornelia Rohrer-Drexel (Mag. iur. / LL.M.) studied at the Leopold-Franzens University in Innsbruck. In 2000, she completed postgraduate studies in fiduciary law at the Liechtenstein University of Applied Sciences and in 2016, she obtained an LL.M. in corporate, foundation and trust law at the University of Liechtenstein. She gained several years of experience in the fiduciary sector starting in 1998, before working for the Foundation Supervisory Authority at the Office of Justice from 2012 - 2022. She joined the Continor team in April 2022.
